Our Specialist Placement Centres Liberation, Culture and Care
We welcome Black and Global Majority trainees who are interested in holding the complexity of marginalised identities as part of clinical work, including race, culture, faith, class, queerness, neurodivergence and beyond, within an environment that prioritises decolonial and anti-oppressive approaches to practice.
We provide placements with open-ended therapy sessions that allow for depth, relational connection and meaningful change. Alongside clinical work, you will be supported through supervision, core and specialist training, and peer-led learning spaces. We encourage critical reflection, embodied awareness and ongoing development, supporting you to build confidence and integrity in your practice, while engaging deeply with politicised ways of working.
We also prioritise community, care and collaboration. As a trainee, you will be part of a wider ecosystem that includes activism, community engagement and thought leadership within the field. Our intention is to offer a placement experience that is supportive, accountable and transformative, both professionally and personally.
